Two questions for the knowledgable posters here:

1. would somebody mind clarifying the offenses that are grounds for banning?

As an example, I fail to see why the following series of posts would constitute a banning, particularly in light of the many other things that happen here on a daily basis:

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> That is all it is Drunk and I think Ken knows that.
LEts hope he reconsiders and offers some help even at this stage.
Ken is very powerful and I would love to have him on board with a little support. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> DOG-

I MOVED YOUR THREAD TO PROMO.

As Ken suggested, your thinking of a business.

Your harsh language shows no class either and will not be tolerated here at THERX.

COVERS, ULTIMATECAPPER, GAMBLING911,SBR,PHOENIX,WONGS,etc.etc. are some credible sites more so than OGD if you want to start somewhere.

The suggestion of UNCLE B on any advisory board cannot be taken seriously. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> Fish
Why dont you elaborate on how you conclude I am thinking of a business. That is literally the last thing on my mind.

My harsh language, go and ban me for saying fuk if you are inclined to .
That is hysterical <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

2. Can something be considered a promotion even if no business exists? Does the mere suspicion of intent to make a profit from something (even with no evidence to support it) cause it to be shifted to the promo section? Even when it is a productive thread with a lot of good comments from well-recognized posters?

Thanks for the help. I am a little confused today...

On 95% of the posting boards on the internet, if a poster were to tell the site owner or a mod to f*** off, they would be banned ON THE SPOT.

Good point. However, I did not know that you, FISHHEAD, were in fact the owner of the RX. I thought it was Marty, maybe Shrink to some extent. Because certainly the only obscenity was directed towards you.

Can I ask how much of the RX you currently own? Does Ken offer a stock option plan to employees? What kind of dividend does he pay out?

Likewise, I will expect that anyone who uses the word "fuk" directed at a owner/moderator here should be immediately banned. I am glad to see the RX is patrolling for obscenity now. Thanks for looking out for the kids.
